Veterans Day

I know not all of my readers are Americans, but today I have to pay respect and give thanks to the men and women who have fought and are still fighting to protect and preserve the way of life we all take for granted every day.

Families go without husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, cousins and friends every day because they're off in some foreign country, helping others achieve peace, protecting our peace, and making the world a better place.

Below is a tribute video I found on YouTube, accompanied by Norah Jones singing.  Beautiful song, beautiful video.

Thank you Veterans and active duty military men and women.  God Bless you all.

  1. This is awesome, Jess. Paying respect is the least us civilians can do to honor our military members, past and present.
